The law of attraction doesn’t listen to “don’ts” but to the principles of quantum mechanics.
The main reason that people aren’t benefiting from the secret to life is that they’re focusing mainly on what they don’t want instead of what they do want.
But the law of attraction doesn’t comprehend “don’ts.”
If you spend most of your day preoccupied with the thought “I don’t want to fail the exam,” the message you’re actually sending to the universe is “I want to fail the exam,” since “don’ts” aren’t recognized.
Therefore, to change your current state, the message you send out has to be positive. You need to tell the universe what you do want, like: “I want to pass the exam,” or, “I want to live debt-free,” for example. The more exact you are in what you want, the better – “I want to live debt-free by the end of the year.”

The next step is to believe. You need to have unwavering faith, and you need to radiate the feeling and confidence that comes from your faith so that the universe gets the strongest possible signal.
The final step is to receive. This is also about sending out the right frequency by imagining the feeling you’ll have once you get what your heart desires. You could use a mantra to help simulate that feeling and repeat, “I am receiving now. I am receiving all the good in my life now. I am receiving [insert your desire here] now.”
By asking, believing and receiving, you will create a positive environment in which you can achieve what you want.

When trying to ensure that positive thoughts are your most dominant thoughts, you might find yourself feeling overly anxious about any negative thoughts that threaten to emerge. Relax. If you worry about negative thoughts, you’ll only make them worse. What you should do is let that negativity pass as effortlessly as you can, and instead focus on the good.
For instance, if you want to be wealthy, make that the focus of your thoughts. Grab a pen and write, “I am grateful to earn one hundred thousand dollars a year.” To help you believe and receive positive thought, you need to visualize the end result. Visual aids like this can help you to really believe that you will achieve what you want and that the universe will make it possible to do so.
Following these steps will help with positive thinking, as will the belief that you deserve good things, especially in your relationships. Remember to treat yourself and others as you would like to be treated. When you learn to love and respect yourself, you’ll find the universe sending you someone else to love.

Many diets fail to work because they keep you focused on negative thoughts, such as, “I don’t want to be fat,” thereby worrying you into thinking that food controls your body. To get your ideal body, the first step is to ask for it. Then you need to believe and trust that you’ll reach that ideal body type. After that, you can receive and start feeling good about yourself and enjoy the moment.
Besides weight loss, having a healthy body that can take care of itself is also the result of your emotions. Many ailments derive from stress, which in turn is caused by negative thinking, so you can greatly improve your well-being by changing the way you think.

When it starts to feel like a chore, that’s when you know you’re on the wrong track and frequency. If you’re doing what you’re supposed to be doing, on the other hand, it will come easily and naturally and won’t feel like work at all, because you’re following your bliss. This is what the secret is all about.
Remember, you have complete control over your thoughts, and thus complete control over what comes your way. No one else can create your universe for you.
The secret to life is found in the universal law of attraction. If you send out good thoughts and intentions to the universe, the universe will give you good things in return. Positive thoughts attract happiness, and, similarly, negative thoughts attract bad situations and fuel existing worries and negativity. But you can use this to your advantage since all it takes for a life filled with happiness and wealth is focused concentration and positive thinking.
